something ive always bin considering about this easter tradition. i thinks it points to another very valid point that saturday is the tru day of worship and that ppl can really close off there minds to certain thing; consider this-
It is said that Jesus was crucified on a Friday, leaving from town to country on friday i wudda never believed so many church goers were in the island i mean tru d entire journey i saw ppl dress for church and good friday service. here is deal now it is said that the Lord died and he rested on the sabbath as he did not rise from the dead until the sunday morning, how comes? and the ppl get dressed and go to church easter sunday, all while overlooking the very plain fact that Jesus cud hav risen on the sabbath but he rested as an example. wat cud be so hard to c in that? do u need more proof of the validity of the seventh day sabbath even though thats only one
